Stephanie, founder of Kerr Hypnosis Gold Coast, is a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. She is dedicated to helping clients release negative patterns and limiting beliefs and to overcome addictions, fears and phobias. To empower them by assisting them in accessing their inner wisdom and untapped resources to live a life of freedom, happiness and fulfilment and to achieve personal goals with greater ease.
Her experience as a Clinical Hypnosis Specialist includes stress and anxiety reduction, smoking cessation, weight loss, overcoming fears and phobias, ending insomnia, increasing motivation and self esteem, enhancement of creativity, performance improvement and recovery from grief and trauma.
Stephanie is a graduate of the Australian Hypnosis and Training Services (AHATS). She has also studied the Advanced Diploma of Homeopathy, which included several modules in counselling and nutrition and she is a current member of the Australian Hypnosis Association.
Prior to studying Hypnosis, Stephanie spent 17 years working in the corporate Finance industry in both Sydney and London. Her career saw her work with some of the most senior people in banking including CEOs and CFOs. It is for this reason she has a particular interest in work related stress and anxiety.
In her spare time, Stephanie likes to give back to the community and where possible will volunteer her corporate fundraising skills to a charity. Some of the charities she has worked with are:
